Smoke-free Sports

Making Our Spaces Smokefree

Sports should be about fun, health, and positivity. But when children see adults smoking at sportsgrounds, it sends the wrong message. Smoking becomes normalised as part of everyday life instead of being seen as the harmful addiction it is. That’s why Smokefree Sports is here — to protect children, promote health, and create clean, welcoming spaces where everyone can enjoy the game.

What We're Calling For?

  • Wider Smokefree Policies

  •  Advocate for all sports grounds, including training facilities and spectator areas, to implement comprehensive smokefree policies.</center>

  • Youth Empowerment

  • Collaborate with local sports clubs and youth organisations to empower children and young people to promote smokefree sports in their communities. </center>
