We are inviting primary and secondary schools to run an activity with pupils to mark No Smoking Day and help start conversations about healthy choices.
This could be an assembly, a classroom discussion, a creative activity, or using one of our ready made resources.
Once you have run your activity, tell us what your school did and you will be entered into our £200 prize draw.
It’s a great way to celebrate the work your pupils have done while helping spread the message about the importance of staying smoke free.
Entries are open until 31 March 2026.
Entries close 31st March 2026.
This prize draw is open to primary and secondary schools in Wales only.
Entries must relate to an activity carried out for No Smoking Day 2026.
Only one entry per school will be accepted.
Entries must be submitted by 5pm on 31st March 2026.
Two winners will be selected:
• one primary school
• one secondary school
Each winning school will receive a £200 voucher.
ASH Wales reserves the right to share submitted entries (including photos of displays, pupil work or activities) on social media, the ASH Wales website or in campaign reporting, where permission has been confirmed.
Schools must ensure that appropriate permissions and safeguarding procedures are in place for any images or materials submitted.
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on the entry form.
We have a range of free No Smoking Day resources to help schools get involved. These include ready to use assemblies with scripts, classroom activities and printable materials that can be used with pupils of different ages.
Schools are welcome to use our resources or create their own activity to mark the day.
