1. Promoter

This prize draw is organised by Action on Smoking & Health Wales (ASH Wales), a registered charity in Wales.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of Wales.

Employees, trustees and immediate family members of ASH Wales, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw, are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must submit a quit smoking story via the official Voices of Wales online form during the entry period.

Entries must be genuine, original submissions written by the entrant.

ASH Wales reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

No purchase is necessary.

4. Entry Period

The prize draw opens on 16th Feb 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 10th March 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a £100 One4all or Love2Shop gift card.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

ASH Wales reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.

The decision of ASH Wales is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, ASH Wales reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Use of Submitted Stories

By submitting a story, entrants grant ASH Wales permission to review and consider the content for inclusion in the Voices of Wales campaign.

ASH Wales will always contact entrants for explicit consent before publishing any story publicly.

Entrants may choose to remain anonymous.

Submission of a story does not guarantee publication.

ASH Wales reserves the right to edit submissions for length and clarity, while maintaining the integrity of the original meaning.

9. Data Protection

Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and in relation to the Voices of Wales campaign.

ASH Wales will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and its Privacy Policy.

Entrants may request that their data be withdrawn at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

ASH Wales accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical issues, system failures, or other circumstances beyond its control.

ASH Wales will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by negligence.

11. General

ASH Wales reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

By entering this prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
