What is No Ifs. No Butts.?
No Ifs. No Butts. is ASH Wales’ anonymous reporting route for concerns about illegal tobacco, illegal vapes and related sales. Reports can include a shop, location, seller, online account, product, price, pattern or anything else that may help identify what is happening locally.
The public are never expected to investigate a seller or put themselves at risk. A concern can still be useful when you do not have all the details.
You do not need proof
Report what you have seen, heard or noticed. A partial picture can still help when it is combined with other local intelligence.
Stay anonymous
The reporting route is anonymous. Share the detail you are comfortable providing without having to identify yourself.
Never confront a seller
Your safety comes first. Do not investigate, challenge or approach anyone. Report the concern and leave any follow-up to the appropriate agencies.

Suspected counterfeit, illicit or unusually cheap tobacco products and sales.
Illegal vapes
Products or sales that appear illegal, including concerns about banned or non-compliant vapes.

Social media or online sellers, cannabis/THC products, synthetic cannabinoids and other suspicious nicotine-related sales.
