There’s no denying it…..smoking costs a fortune and so can Christmas.
That’s why this year (in a year that saw over 1 million smokers across the UK #QuitforCovid) we are running a campaign to encourage smokers to quit in the run up to Christmas or get themselves motivated to make that new years resolution!
If you smoke between 10- 20 cigarettes a day and quit on December 1st you could save around £200 for Christmas!

We are running social media competitions throughout December, keep an eye out for our #QuitforChristmas content across ASH Wales channels and by our partner organisations. There will be multiple vouchers up for grabs which could help you get those last minute bits in the run up to Christmas.

#QuitforChristmas Competition Terms and Conditions
Anyone over the age of 16+ is allowed to enter the social media contest. There are three separate prizes to give away throughout December. The winners will be chosen at random. To win posts must include ASH Wales #QuitforChristmas content and the correct hashtag.
The first prize draw needs to be entered by 7th December. The winner will be contacted on the 8th.
The second prize draw needs to be entered by 14th December. The winner will be contacted on the 15th.
The third prize draw needs to be entered by the 21st. The winner will be contacted on the 22nd.
